1. About us
This website is operated by Infinite Solutions, 312, Vishwadeep Building, Janakpuri District Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi 110058, India (GSTIN: 07AFEPB0340P1ZO). By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Enquiries and quotations
• Prices are not displayed on this website. All prices are given by quotation on request.
• ★ Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise, and depend on stock availability and exchange rates.
• ★ Prices are exclusive of GST (charged at the applicable rate) and shipping, unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed only when we accept your purchase order in writing or receive your payment. We may decline or cancel an order if there is a pricing error, a product is unavailable, or payment is not received.
4. ★ Payment terms
• Payment is 100% in advance unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
• Payment is accepted by bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI or cheque.
• Goods are dispatched after payment has been cleared.
• A tax invoice with GST is issued for every sale.
5. Cancellation
Hardware orders cannot be cancelled once the PO is confirmed, payment is received or the goods are invoiced. ★ Orders for imported or specially ordered items cannot be cancelled once placed with the manufacturer.
6. Delivery
Delivery is as per our Shipping Policy. Shipping charges are extra at actual cost unless otherwise agreed.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns are as per our Return and Refund Policy. Hardware is non-returnable. Labels and ribbons can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
8. Warranty
• Products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty against manufacturing defects.
• A 1-year extended warranty, or a 3-year or 5-year comprehensive warranty, can be added only at the time of buying a new printer. Comprehensive warranty cannot be bought later.
• Comprehensive warranty replaces the standard warranty and runs from the printer's invoice date. Total cover is 3 or 5 years, not 1 + 3 or 1 + 5. Comprehensive warranty is not offered for 1 year.
• ★ Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, electrical surges, consumables (printheads and platen rollers unless stated), use of poor-quality media, or repairs by anyone other than an authorised service centre.
• After warranty ends, annual maintenance contracts (AMC) are available.
9. Software
BarTender and other software are licensed under the publisher's own licence terms. Licences cannot be returned once the key is issued.
10. Product information
We take care to describe products accurately using manufacturer information. Specifications may change without notice. Images are for illustration only.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost production, lost profit or data loss.
12. Intellectual property
Content on this website belongs to Infinite Solutions. TSC, Printronix, BlueBird and BarTender are trademarks of their respective owners.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
